Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

  • US Domestic: $7.00 flat-rate shipping fee. We do not ship internationally. 
  • We ship Monday-Friday. Please allow 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS for items to ship. Please note that weekends and federal holidays are not business days. We do our absolute best to ship as fast as possible. Please be advised that we are not responsible for any delays brought about by USPS after packages have left our warehouse.
  • Tracking information will be provided via email. Please allow 48 hours for tracking to update in USPS. Please refrain from sending a PM to inquire about a tracking number- all questions should be sent to support@lunawildboutique.com.
  • Orders typically can not be edited or cancelled once your order is placed and has an order #.
  • Some orders may arrive in separate packages to provide fastest service. You will receive email updates for each shipment summarizing items with tracking information.
  • Luna Wild Boutique is not responsible for lost/damaged/stolen packages. If your package is lost, stolen or damaged, please contact USPS with your tracking number for further assistance. 
  • FREE local pickup is available in River Vale, NJ. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and you will receive instructions via email.

Returns:

  • Returns must be initiated by emailing support@lunawildboutique.com within 3 business days of delivery - please include the order # and item name & size. Once submitted, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions. You will have 7 days to mail the item back after it is deemed eligible. 
  • Orders returned without meeting criteria will be subject to a 20% restocking fee or may be declined.
  • Items MUST BE unworn, unwashed, free of odors, hairs or stains with tags still attached and in original packaging.
  • Returns are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY and will be issued within 7 business days of receipt. Be sure to include your order # and packing slip with the return. We can not process your return without this information. 
  • Shipping charges (original and return) are customers responsibility. 
  • All Sales are Final including but not limited to: Sample Sales and Sale Collection items and are Non-refundable
  • All items purchased with store credit are Final Sale. 
  • All Pre-Orders and Custom Tee orders are Final Sale because we are ordering specifically for you.
  • All face coverings, leggings/biker shorts, intimates, swimwear, bodysuits and shoes are Final Sale and Non-refundable. 
  • All Grab bag/Mystery items are Final Sale and Non-refundable. 
  • SEZZLE: If you return an item you paid for using Sezzle, it is just as if you used a regular credit card. You will be issued store credit. You would still be responsible for making your payments to Sezzle.
